There is also a team of security guards tasked to monitor the entire compound. There is always one guard posted on the main gate, and there are several others who regularly patrol the vicinity.

As an extra precaution, the entire subdivision is constantly monitored by a dozen or so security cameras. There are several cameras installed at the main gate leading into Camella del Rios, and the others are strategically located in the public areas of the compound. The feeds from these cameras are constantly monitored by the security guards 24/7, so you can be sure that no intruder will escape their watchful gaze.

The gated community also has its own pocket park, a nice little patch of open space with a landscaped garden and a couple of benches. This place is a great place for the residents to go to during the afternoon and just shoot the breeze. There is also a children’s playground where your kids can play with the other little ones living in the neighborhood.

The roads in the community are also quite wide, so even if there are cars parked on one side, there is still enough space for other vehicles to fit. The electricity and power are provided by Meralco and the local water district and you can also choose from several cable/satellite television and internet providers. You will not be missing out on anything at all.

Yes, the Camella del Rios subdivision does not have a fancy swimming pool area, nor does it have its own commercial center, but it does provide all of the basic necessities that the common homeowner needs. For most people, that is more than enough.
